Refund Policy

Due to the nature of stud services, all payments are subject to the following refund policy:

• Stud fees and shipping-related costs are non-refundable once services have been rendered (including semen collection and shipment).

• We do not guarantee pregnancy or litter size; therefore, refunds will not be issued based on breeding outcomes.

• In the event of an unsuccessful breeding, a repeat breeding may be offered at our discretion. While the stud fee may be waived, all additional expenses (shipping, veterinary care, etc.) remain the responsibility of the bitch owner.

• Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing prior to the breeding.
