Terms & Conditions

By engaging in services with San Gabriel Reds, you agree to the following terms:

• We guarantee only the agreed-upon stud service or semen shipment. We do not guarantee pregnancy, litter size, or live birth.

• All females must meet our approval standards, including health clearances (hips, elbows, DNA) and dilute-free status prior to breeding.

• San Gabriel Reds reserves the right to refuse service at any time if a breeding is not in the best interest of our program or the breed.

• A repeat breeding may be offered in the case of an unsuccessful litter; however, additional costs (shipping, veterinary services, etc.) remain the responsibility of the bitch owner.

• Timely communication is required throughout the breeding process. Failure to communicate appropriately may void repeat breeding eligibility.

• All puppies produced from our stud services must not be bred for dilute traits and should be placed responsibly.

 

Use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
